About the Role
- Provide high-quality wound assessments and wound management
- Develop, implement, and monitor wound care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as required
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for residents
- Support best-practice infection prevention and wound healing strategies
What You Need
✔ Current AHPRA Registration (RN)
✔ Demonstrated wound care experience is essential
✔ Previous aged care experience is highly regarded
✔ Full COVID-19 vaccination and up-to-date Flu Vaccination (as required)
✔ Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
✔ Full rights to work in Australia
✔ Female candidates preferred
