Job Title: Claims Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Executive to join our growing claims team based in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance claims professional with strong motor claims experience who enjoys managing claims end-to-end while delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. Working closely with the National Claims Manager and broader broking team, you’ll play a key role in managing a portfolio of claims and supporting clients through the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from first notification through to resolution
- Liaise with clients, insurers, assessors and repairers
- Provide timely updates and guidance throughout the claims lifecycle
- Review claim documentation and ensure accurate record keeping
- Work collaboratively with brokers and internal stakeholders
- Deliver high levels of customer service and claims support
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience in motor insurance claims (property claims is also preferable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Experience within an insurance brokerage or insurer environment
