Barista / Café Manager
Coolangatta, Gold Coast
We’re looking for an experienced Barista / Café Manager to join our team at Luna’s Deli.
Luna’s is an artisan deli & café focused on high-quality coffee, handcrafted pastries, made-to-order focaccia sandwiches, and genuine customer experience — everything made from scratch on site.
This role is for someone passionate about hospitality, coffee, leadership, and creating a warm atmosphere for both customers and team members.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in specialty coffee / café management
- Strong barista skills and consistency during busy service
- Leadership experience managing a small team
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Organised, proactive and reliable
- Passion for quality food and hospitality
- Weekend availability required
Requirements:
- Must already be in Australia
- Full working rights required
- Available for an immediate start
What you’ll be doing:
- Running day-to-day café operations
- Leading and supporting the floor team
- Maintaining high coffee and service standards
- Helping with staff training and workflow organisation
- Creating a welcoming customer experience
- Working closely with the owners in a growing business
