We are seeking a talented and reliable Fit Model to join our creative team to ensure the perfect fit and presentation of our collections.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Fit Model to work closely with our design, product development, and buying teams. This crucial role involves trying on garments, providing detailed feedback on fit, comfort, and drape, and posing for internal fit sessions as well as technical-garment design photography. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary fit model for our women’s range of clothing, trying on garments during various stages of development (prototypes, samples, production samples).
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback to designers and the buying team regarding garment fit, proportion, comfort, and movement.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to identify and resolve fit issues, ensuring our garments meet brand standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain consistent measurements and provide immediate notification of any significant changes.
- Pose for garment-fit product photography for our designers, ensuring garments are showcased accurately and appealingly.
- Work efficiently and professionally during scheduled fit sessions and photoshoots.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality regarding upcoming collections and company designs.
About You:
- Experience as a Fit Model for a fashion brand, with a strong understanding of garment construction and fit will be highly regarded.
- Experience modelling for or working with an Australian Youth Fashion Brand with a similar aesthetic and target audience to brands like Perfect Stranger.
- Reliable and punctual, with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate feedback clearly and effectively to a creative team.
- Professional demeanor and a collaborative spirit.
- Able to take direction well and adapt to different posing requirements for photography.
- Committed to maintaining consistent body measurements.
- Genuine interest in fashion and garment quality.

As this role provides a foundation to which our products are accessed and qualified, it is a mandatory requirement that you currently meet and can maintain these Industry Standard Product Sample Sizes. Please ensure that you have read and checked the following.

Work Type:
Fit Model - Part time Contract - 2 x 4 hours per week with potential for this to increase through peak periods.
