Welcome immediately start. We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team for an immediate start. Position Details Salary: $75,000 + Superannuation Salary review to $78,000 + Superannuation after successful completion of 3-month probation Rotating roster Monday to Sunday Primarily 3:00pm – 11:00pm shifts
(Have a car better for night finish) Immediate start available No sponsorship available Requirements Previous experience in a premium Chinese restaurant environment Strong English communication skills (essential) Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply Sound wine knowledge and food & wine pairing understanding Leadership experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant Professional presentation and customer service skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise Front of House operations during service Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards are maintained Train, coach, and develop FOH team members Conduct pre-service briefings and allocate staff sections Monitor staff performance and maintain team productivity Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health & safety requirements Oversee opening and closing procedures Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development Maintain premium service standards and restaurant presentation Assist with beverage service and wine recommendations Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering when required If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and experience in premium dining, we would love to hear from you.
