About the role:
Operating within Workplace Technology , the Product Specialist (Microsoft) provides specialist product expertise to enhance Microsoft 365 collaboration services and related workplace technologies used across ACU to support service optimisation and reliable, secure digital services ensuring staff can work more effectively, consistently and efficiently. The position applies an automation and optimisation mindset to identify opportunities, improve how tools are used and increase the value that staff gain from workplace technology through better practices, practical solutions and capability uplift. The Product Specialist will have:
- Proficiency in configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 services to ensure stable, well governed and fit for purpose solutions.
- Experience in analysis of usage and adoption data to identify opportunities to improve how staff use and benefit from technology.
- Ability to provide support automation and low code solutions including Power Platform and Copilot capabilities.
- Understanding of how to apply access, governance and information management controls including licensing and usage insights.
- Capability to work with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver practical service improvements and better user outcomes.

What we offer:

- Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
