As our Hub Coordinator – Brookvale Youth Mental Health Hub, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping an innovative, integrated mental health service for young people. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hub while leading a multidisciplinary team and working alongside partner organisations to ensure high-quality, accessible and coordinated care.

Your opportunity
As our Hub Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Brookvale Youth Mental Health Hub, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with funding agreements, clinical standards and organisational priorities.
Working closely with Anglicare teams, partner organisations, NSW Health and community stakeholders, you'll drive collaboration, oversee service delivery, support staff, monitor performance and champion continuous improvement.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Brookvale Youth Mental Health Hub.
Manage and support a multidisciplinary team while fostering a positive culture.
Ensure compliance with NSW Health funding agreements, KPIs and clinical governance.
Build strong partnerships with community organisations and stakeholders.
Drive service improvement, community engagement and innovative service delivery.
What you'll bring
You are an experienced and collaborative leader who is passionate about improving mental health outcomes for young people. You share our values of Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Excellence.
You will also need:
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Nursing or a related discipline.
Current registration/membership with the relevant professional body.
Leadership experience managing staff, programs or multidisciplinary services.
Experience managing funding agreements, reporting and KPIs.
Current unrestricted NSW Driver Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
Ideally, you will also have:
Experience working in youth mental health services.
Strong understanding of clinical governance.
Experience building partnerships across health and community sectors.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
