We're looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Production Team on a morning shift.

About the Role
Reporting to our Production Manager, this hands-on role will be responsible for supporting and leading a production team to deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time.
You'll receive training and support to develop your understanding of food manufacturing processes, food safety requirements, and production leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a production team on the factory floor
- Ensuring products are produced safely and meet quality standards
- Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and feedback
- Maintaining a positive, safe, and collaborative team culture
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering teams
What We're Looking For
- The ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Food manufacturing experience, GMP, HACCP, or food safety knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
