The Role:
As our Store Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything that happens in the store. You’ll lead the team across front of house and kitchen operations ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive, energetic, and professional environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including front-of-house, kitchen, and coffee service.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and coffee excellence.
- Manage staffing, rosters, stock control, and opening/closing procedures.
- Drive sales, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff to develop their skills and maintain consistency across the store.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in QSR management.
- Hands-on approach — comfortable stepping into front-of-house, kitchen, or coffee service when needed.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passion for fresh food and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
