Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and café-style meals to a high standard
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Manage food preparation and service during busy periods
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Keep the kitchen clean and well organised at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a chef in a café, restaurant, or commercial kitchen
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
