Mandatory Requirements
- Own car & valid NSW driver’s license (Required)
- Arabic & English speaking (Required)
- NDIS Worker Check / Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Experience in Ageing/Disability Support
South West Care Services Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS Service Provider. We specialise in providing In-Home Care and Community Access to our Aged and Disability participants throughout Sydney, South West Sydney and Western Sydney.
As a Support Worker you will work with empathy to complete a variety of domestic, social, respite and personal care services to ensure a quality life with dignity, respect, and social inclusion.

Responsibilities include:
- Support participants in a social, recreational outings and domestic duties.
- Transporting and accompanying participants to access community activities/services.
- Delivering personalised active support in a one-on-one setting.
- Following daily tasks instructions based on the participants needs.
- Providing personal care, food preparation and domestic cleaning.
Role Requirement:
- Qualification in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or Aged Care.
- Current NSW driver’s license
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Police Check (must have)
- NDIS Workers Check (or willing to obtain)
- Registered Vehicle (preferred)
- COVID-19 Vaccine Digital Certificate
Generous salary available for the right applicant, including travel and weekend shift allowances.
