Sacca’s Fine Foods is proud to be expanding once again — and we’re looking for passionate, customer-focused Front of House (FOH) Allrounders to join our growing team!
Our store will operate 7 days a week, combining the best of café culture, fresh food, and hospitality, all under one roof. From artisan coffee to fresh cakes, hot meals, and friendly service, we’re committed to delivering a world-class experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Café Allrounder who thrives in a busy environment and is confident working across all areas of Front of House. You’ll be greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our guests feel welcome and well looked after from start to finish.
You’ll need to be flexible, efficient, and enthusiastic — someone who can move between roles with ease and take initiative to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
- Assist with coffee making, food prep, and service as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all FOH areas
- Ensure all products are presented and served to high standards
- Handle POS transactions and cash with accuracy and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and café teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times
About You:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a café or hospitality setting
- A customer-first approach and the ability to create memorable guest experiences
- A high level of reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure during busy periods
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work across a variety of FOH duties — from taking orders to table clearing, food running, and more
- Availability for early morning and weekend shifts is essential
- Barista experience is a bonus (but not essential)
