The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel's restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet operations. This role ensures high-quality dining experiences, manages staff, controls budgets and inventory, and maintains compliance with food safety and hospitality standards while driving revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
Supervise, train, and evaluate restaurant, bar, and banquet staff.
Develop and monitor budgets, labor costs, and inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and seasonal promotions.
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Prepare operational reports and ensure achievement of financial targets.
Pay: From $9,000.00 per month
