We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join us full time to be the face of SkyBus. This role is all about creating outstanding first impressions, driving brand awareness, and helping customers choose SkyBus as their preferred airport transfer.

Welcome and great customers at SkyBus terminals and inside airport.

Proactively promote SkyBus services using a confident, professional sales approach.

Convert prospective customers into SkyBus passengers and achieve set sales targets.

Assist with e-kiosk sales and provide accurate service information to travellers.

Represent SkyBus with immaculate personal presentation in line with uniform and grooming standards.

Help ensure terminals are spotless by regularly cleaning and sanitising customer areas.

Liaise with airport and contractor stakeholders to support seamless operations.

Champion excellent customer service, handling enquiries or difficult situations with empathy, professionalism, and respect.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable style.

Confidence in engaging with the public and a passion for sales and customer service.

Strong personal presentation and the ability to represent a premium brand.

Ability to remain calm under pressure, solve problems quickly and de-escalate conflict where needed.

A self-motivated, energetic approach and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

Hold Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
As SkyBus is a 7-day week operation, this role will fall under our Relief roster where our Customer Service Ambassadors are required to cover shifts between the hours of 5:30am and 10:30pm, with two main shift groups consisting of AM and PM. These shifts would be based at our 2 primary locations; Tullamarine Airport & Southern Cross Station across a 5 over 7-day roster.
