- Kitchen experience in multiple sections
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management & communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster
- Understanding of Food Safety
- Passion and a drive for excellence
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Grill/Pan/Ladder section experience is a plus
