About the Role
As an Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of financial activities across the business. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you’ll be involved in everything from transactional accounting through to month-end close and system administration making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Please note: This is a permanent opportunity- based full time at our Subiaco head office
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliations.
Maintain, reconcile, and review general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
Manage accounts receivable invoicing and follow-up.
Support month-end close activities, including journal processing and system settlements.
Process and review monthly employee expense claims with accurate coding.
Assist with SAP administration and system-related tasks.
Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
Provide ad hoc financial support as required by the Financial Controller.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
CAANZ or CPA qualified
Approximately 4 years’ experience in an accounting role post university
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems (SAP experience highly regarded).
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
