Penelope Bistro is looking for motivated and hardworking Glassies / Bar Support Staff to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their hospitality career and gain experience in a fast-paced, professional venue. We are seeking reliable team players with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive during busy service periods.
You will play an important role supporting our bartenders and floor team to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Collecting and washing glassware throughout service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas
- Restocking ice, beverages, and bar supplies
- Assisting bartenders during busy periods
- Removing rubbish and keeping workspaces clean and safe
- Supporting opening and closing procedures
