The Waterproofing Shop is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations, inventory, dispatch, freight coordination and warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, receiving, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Lead, train and supervise warehouse staff.
- Maintain accurate inventory and conduct stocktakes.
- Coordinate freight, deliveries and supplier logistics.
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse.
- Improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with sales, purchasing and customer service teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' warehouse or logistics management experience.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Current LF Forklift Licence.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- High Risk Work Licence – High Reach (LO) Forklift
- Strong inventory, freight and warehouse management experience.
- Good knowledge of WHS requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- Full Australian working rights.Desirable
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Experience with Shopify, MYOB or Warehouse Management Systems.
- Experience in building materials, hardware or construction products.
