This role also has the opportunity for hybrid working arrangements, although our preference is for a team member that can be part of the Tabor on campus community.
The role involves
The Self-Accrediting Authority (SAA) Project Administrator will work closely with the Director of Academic and Institutional Compliance and senior leadership for Self -Accrediting Authority.
The role will be responsible for identifying, collecting, analysing and presenting evidence demonstrating Tabor's maturity in academic governance, course quality assurance, institutional oversight, academic standards and continuous improvement.
The Project Administrator will assist in the development of project plans, evidence repositories, benchmarking activities, policy review, governance reporting, stakeholder consultation and regulatory submissions associated with Tabor's SAA journey.

Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to locate, evaluate and synthesise complex evidence.
Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated experience preparing reports, submissions or governance papers.
Experience working with policy frameworks, quality assurance systems or regulatory standards.
Highly developed organisational and project coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to evidence-based decision making.
The ability to work collaboratively with academic and professional staff at all levels.
Experience managing large document collections and evidence repositories.
Strong data analysis and reporting capability.
The ability to identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement within organisational systems.

Desirable qualifications:
Experience within a higher education provider, university or tertiary education environment.
Familiarity with TEQSA, the Higher Education Standards Framework and course accreditation requirements.
Experience supporting quality assurance, governance or institutional review activities.
Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience developing or reviewing policy documentation.
Experience supporting regulatory submissions or external audits.
