eTutorsZone is a leading online tutoring company providing personalized one-on-one instruction in Math, English, Science, Coding, SAT/ACT, and other academic subjects. We help K–12 students achieve academic success through high-quality online learning. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager / Sales Manager to lead eTutorsZone's growth across Australia. This role is responsible for generating new leads, acquiring students, building relationships with schools and community organizations, and managing customer accounts to drive long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to grow eTutorsZone across Australia. - Generate qualified leads through digital outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement. - Convert inquiries into enrolled students through consultations with parents. - Build partnerships with schools, education consultants, and community organizations. - Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools. - Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. - Maintain strong relationships with existing families to maximize retention and referrals. - Represent eTutorsZone at education events, school fairs, and community programs. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development. - Experience in education, tutoring, or EdTech is preferred. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets. - Strong organizational and CRM skills. - Valid Australian work authorization.
