Parks Victoria is looking for a hands-on Change Manager to support the delivery of priority projects and business improvement initiatives. This is a practical, delivery-focused role working closely with Project Managers and business teams to help projects get implemented and embedded successfully. You’ll support a diverse mix of initiatives across areas such as business planning, corporate services, operational delivery and service improvement - making this a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and working across different business contexts.

About the role
Reporting to the Manager – Transformation, the Change Manager supports the delivery of change management activities across multiple concurrent projects.
Working closely with Project Managers, business owners and stakeholders, you will:

Support the delivery and implementation of transformation and business improvement initiatives

Develop practical and fit-for-purpose change activities that support successful project outcomes

Work directly with project teams to integrate change activities into delivery plans and implementation approaches

Support stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness and adoption activities

Facilitate workshops – where required, engagement sessions and collaborative planning activities

Contribute to consistent and scalable change management approaches across the Transformation Program

You'll bring:

Experience supporting business improvement, project delivery or implementation initiatives

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

The ability to manage competing priorities

Practical facilitation and problem-solving skills

A willingness to get involved and work through ambiguity

Change management certification or formal training (for example Prosci, ADKAR ect)
