About the Role
As a Barista at Cafe Barco, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees and other beverages to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coffee station and café.
- Assist with food preparation and service as required.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista experience preferred.
- Ability to produce consistent, quality coffee.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
