The team also has a key role in stakeholder engagement relating to the implementation of the workers compensation reforms which are currently underway.
We’re looking for a dynamic team member with a sound understanding of contemporary stakeholder engagement best practice and outstanding communication and planning skills.
Experience working for a regulator and/or in the finance or insurance sector would be highly regarded.
Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing performance reports with stakeholder engagement insights for SIRA’s SLT, ELT and Board to inform their decision making.
- Supporting a culture of transparency, accountability and good governance by working on the implementation of a system to track stakeholder engagement activities.

You thrive when you work as part of a team, supporting those around you and the SIRA leadership team to be successful. You love a challenge, including translating complex problems into simple concepts and plans so that SIRA can deliver on its promises.
This role works closely with stakeholders from across the business and externally, so you’ll need to be great at building and maintaining key relationships, managing your time, and keeping abreast of a busy portfolio of work. You are resilient and have a genuine passion for stakeholder engagement and helping SIRA be a contemporary and trusted regulator.
