PARTS ADMIN - BDSA TOOWOOMBA
BDS Mechanical is offering a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Parts Administration Officer to join our Toowoomba team. In this role, you will be required to perform high-volume data entry and ensure the accuracy of all parts-related information, process parts orders and invoices, liaise with suppliers and customers regarding parts availability, monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment, prepare reports and documentation, and provide administrative support to the Parts Department to ensure efficient daily operations.

Experience, skills and qualifications:
- Administration experience
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a sales role preferred but not essential
- XERO experience preferred
- Current open driver’s licence required
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Automotive industry experience is a bonus
- Professional phone manner
