Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Registration as a Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate.
Strong experience in aged care nursing and contemporary clinical practice.
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of quality, compliance and clinical governance principles, with a focus on improving outcomes.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in nursing, aged care, health administration or management and/or experience leading service improvement initiatives in residential aged care.
Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to every interaction, helping deliver exceptional care and positive outcomes for older people.
