CIMA Cleaners Pty Ltd is a growing Australian commercial cleaning company providing services to schools, early learning centres, offices, commercial facilities, and government-related sites across South Australia. We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Client Manager to help expand our client portfolio and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Identify and secure new commercial cleaning contracts.
- Build relationships with schools, childcare centres, offices, and commercial clients.
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Attend client meetings and site inspections.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships.
- Follow up leads and convert opportunities into contracts.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent CIMA Cleaners at networking and business events.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
- Proven experience growing a client base and generating new business.
- Experience preparing tenders, quotations, and contract proposals.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Experience with schools, childcare centres, government contracts, or facility management contracts will be highly regarded.
Desirable
- Existing industry contacts.
- Experience with Xero, CRM systems, or facility management software.
- Understanding of cleaning compliance and quality assurance requirements.
