We are looking for a highly experienced sawmill worker to join our team. Applicants must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Friction Driver: Bench 1 Breast Bench. Consistent, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Sawyer: Operating a Breast Bench (Bench 1 is friction-driven; Bench 2 has split rollers).
- Tailoring: Able to tailor the wood from your point of contact to finish.
- Docking & Grading: Grading GOS (Green off Saw) to AS 2082 standards.
- Stacking: Grading GOS to AS 2082 standards and able to gauge sizes by eye.
We cut F8, F11, F14, F17, and F22.
Requirements:
- Proven sawmill experience
- Strong focus on safety and reliability
- Team player and physically fit
