The Role
We are seeking a Site Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our construction site at Lumsden Point on a 2:1 roster.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a key role in ensuring administrative systems run smoothly across the project, supporting site teams, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to a highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site team, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation

Coordinate communication between site management, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and basic budget tracking

Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations

Maintain and manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and site logistics

Organise and coordinate events, meetings, and site activities

Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions

Support compliance with site procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements

Opportunity to learn and develop skills in site safety administration, including supporting the team with 3D safety software
Required Skills and Competencies

Previous experience in a similar administrative role within construction or a project environment

No prior safety admin experience required

FIFO experience desirable

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Ability to work effectively within a team and across multiple stakeholders
