Key Responsibilities:
Perform fabrication, welding, and repairs on trucks, trailers, and transport equipment
Carry out maintenance and structural modifications as required
Diagnose faults and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to minimise downtime
Requirements:
Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) or equivalent (essential)
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the transport or heavy vehicle industry
Strong welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Commitment to workplace health and safety
