We are seeking an experienced Head chef with previous experience in cooking for our new fast paced restaurant in Rhodes, which has amazing water view. The successful applicant must be committed to our kitchen team on a daily basis.
You must also be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be responsible. You be willing to work in a team environment and autonomously.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (plus superannuation)

The Roles
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
§ Grill and larder cook for busy kitchen
§ Ordering, Stock control and Stock Rotation
§ Menu Planning
The position Requires
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.
§ Have a right to work in Australia
§ Previous experience (at least 4 years) in a similar role with references
§ Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
§ Be able to work under pressure
§ Be a team player
§ Highly organized and efficient
