# Waitstaff – Indian Restaurant

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable **Waitstaff** to join our restaurant team.
About the Role: As a member of our front-of-house team, you will help create a welcoming dining experience for our customers while ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
### Key Responsibilities :
* Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Take food and beverage orders accurately * Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
* Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly * Explain menu items and assist customers with their selections
* Clear and reset tables efficiently
* Process customer payments when required
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
* Assist with opening and closing duties
* Work closely with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
* Handle customer requests and concerns professionally
### What We're Looking For:
* Previous hospitality or waitstaff experience is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Friendly, positive and professional attitude * Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
