Immaculate Heart OSHC, Leichhardt, is seeking an exceptional
Coordinator to lead a thriving and well-established Outside School Hours Care service. Licensed for up to 90 children across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care, the service is supported by a dedicated team, strong school partnerships and a welcoming community.
This is an opportunity to step into a successful service with strong foundations already in place. As Coordinator, you will provide leadership, foster meaningful relationships and help create engaging experiences that support children's growth, wellbeing and sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and inspire an established team of educators to deliver high-quality care and engaging programs.
- Build on the service's strong reputation and continue to foster positive relationships with families and the school community.
- Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported and excited to attend.
- Strengthen partnerships with children, families, educators, school staff and the parish community.
- Oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to enhance children's experiences.
- Support the planning and delivery of Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programs that reflect children's interests and needs.
- Champion a culture of belonging, collaboration and excellence across the service.

Job Requirement's:
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Child protection training is a requirement of this role.
- Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
