About the Role
As a Casual Disability Support Worker, you will support clients with a range of daily living and community activities, including:
- Personal care (showering, toileting, grooming)
- Hoisting and manual handling
- Meal preparation and household cleaning
- Social support and companionship
- Community access (appointments, outings, activities)
- High‑care support for clients with complex needs
Full in‑person training is provided, including hands‑on practice with equipment and client‑specific care plans.

Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain:
- Blue Card
- Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Personal vehicle with fully comprehensive car insurance
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to perform physical tasks (hoisting, transfers, cleaning)
These requirements ensure safety, professionalism, and compliance with NDIS standards.
