Bidnstay is looking for a reliable and organised Systems Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager to join our boutique property management business in Dover Heights.
We are a fully licensed Sydney property management and executive rental management company that has been operating for over 10 years. We manage furnished executive rentals and residential properties using professional trust accounting, property management and operational systems.
This is a hands-on role for someone with real estate experience who enjoys systems, inspections, client communication, leasing support and property administration.
The role
You will be based from our Dover Heights office and will assist with the day-to-day running of our property management operations.
Your duties will include:
- Ingoing, outgoing and routine property inspections
- Preparing inspection reports and property documentation
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Assisting with leasing enquiries and rental applications
- Updating property management systems
- Submitting expenses and maintaining accurate records
- Managing keys and property access
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and team members
- Coordinating maintenance, quotes and work orders
- Supporting compliance, trust accounting processes and internal workflows
- Improving systems, procedures and operational efficiency
Requirements
You must have:
- Real estate, leasing or property management experience
- NSW certificate-level real estate qualification, such as an Assistant Agent Certificate or equivalent
- Strong administration and computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- A trustworthy and reliable approach
- Ability to manage tasks, follow systems and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work from our Dover Heights office
