The Administration Officer is to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders for Aeralife.
Essential
· Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a Health or Aged Care environment
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Sound time management and organisational skills
· Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
· Excellent customer service skills including phone manner
· Excellent attention to detail
· In depth undertanding of Aged Care fees & charges
· Demonstrate initiative and action improvements
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
· Computer skills of an intermediate level in all Microsoft Office Programs
· The ability to export, analyse and manipulate data in Microsft Excel is essential
· Highly self-motivated and self-directed

Actively participates and contributes to quality activities which promote quality improvement to service provided, such as, follow up of Improvement Forms, meetings, working parties, ongoing education, review of procedures, evaluation of new products and equipment.
Maintains own knowledge and skills through completing related skills and knowledge competency assessments, participation in in-service, and continuing education, including fire safety and emergency response procedures training, newsletters and memos as distributed.
