Decidr is part of Decidr AI Industries (ASX: DAI), an agentic transformation group building the infrastructure for organisations to become truly AI-native.
As part of DAI, you’ll work within a broader ecosystem that includes
Decidr.ai: DecidrOS, an agentic operating system that connects data, workflows, and decision-making
Sugarwork: focused on capturing tacit knowledge and enabling AI-driven workflow intelligence
Together, they let leadership teams redesign how work gets done - embedding AI agents into the workflows, decisions and operating rhythms that run the business. We work alongside our customers to identify where intelligent agents create the most leverage, then design, deploy and scale agentic systems that plan, decide and execute real business work — turning AI from experiment into an operating model.
Backed by DAI, you’ll gain exposure beyond a single entity — working across a group that combines the agility of scaling platforms with the structure and ambition of an ASX-listed company.
About the Role
Decidr is looking for a Technical Program Manager to accelerate delivery across our most critical product & engineering initiatives.
You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads and senior leadership to align priorities, manage dependencies and build the delivery systems that allow teams to execute at scale.
This is a role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, brings structure without bureaucracy and can move complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to delivery with clarity and accountability.
In this role, you will
Own alignment across Product and Engineering workstreams, translating strategic objectives into clear delivery plans and execution pathways
Identify, manage and resolve cross-functional dependencies before they become blockers
Maintain a trusted view of roadmap progress, risks, trade-offs and delivery health for leadership
Facilitate decision-making when priorities compete and communicate clearly when scope or timelines need to change
Improve planning, sequencing and execution frameworks as Decidr scales
You'll succeed if you
Have experience managing complex technical programs or large-scale cross-functional projects
Can coordinate multiple stakeholders across Product, Engineering and business functions with strong prioritisation judgment
Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity where process doesn't yet exist
Understand modern software development environments and can engage effectively with engineering teams
Focus on outcomes over activity and thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership and initiative matter
Why Decidr
Build at the frontier of AI, shaping DecidrOS and AI-native operating models from the ground up
High ownership and visibility — your decisions will directly influence how the company scales globally
The credibility of an ASX-listed company with the pace and ambition of a high-growth scaleup
Work closely with experienced leaders across Product, Engineering and Operations in a flat, collaborative structure
A culture that rewards critical thinking and judgment, not just process-following
Our hiring process focuses on how you think, solve problems and make decisions, not simply what's written on your CV.
