We are seeking a dependable and customer-oriented IT Support Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support to end users. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure IT equipment, and ensure users receive timely technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Set up new user workstations, peripherals, and IT equipment.
- Perform software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
- Support email, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and asset information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams when required.
- Follow IT security policies and company procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting response and resolution targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $5,568.00 – $6,000.00 per month
