Summary:
Neta Care Holistic Health Services is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologists to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties across diverse age groups. You will design and deliver personalised therapy plans, work collaboratively with allied health and medical professionals, and empower clients and their families with practical strategies and ongoing support.

We're looking for a part time Occupational Therapist for 3 - 4 days a week This can be further discussed and alligned with your availability within the interview process

Responsibilities:

Deliver clinical services with a sustainable Therapy Hour target of 25 hours per week.
- Evaluate speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders through comprehensive assessments and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients to improve their speech, language, and swallowing abilities, utilising evidence-based techniques.
- Educate clients and their families about disorders, therapy options, and strategies to support progress at home.
- Track and document clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to coordinate care and support clients' overall well-being.
- Provide immediate intervention for clients experiencing severe or urgent issues related to communication or swallowing.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, therapy plans, and client progress, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:

Bachelor/Masers degree in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with SPA
- Current Paid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Paid Blue Card
- Current First aid and CPR
- Experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
