We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Revenue Officer to join our Residential Aged Care Revenue Team. Reporting to the Revenue Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial performance of assigned aged care homes. You will manage the end-to-end billing cycle, funding reconciliation, and accounts receivable processes, ensuring compliance and delivering a high standard of service.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the full resident billing cycle, including fee setup, adjustments, and monthly billing generation
- Perform Medicare funding reconciliations and ensure alignment with billing streams and government notifications
- Oversee payments, receipts, and debt collection, including direct debits and overdue account follow-up
- Respond to billing and funding queries from internal teams, residents, and families
- Ensure all activities meet compliance requirements, policies, and SLAs
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Home Managers and external customers
- Support administrative processes to ensure efficient team operations
