What You'll Be Doing
- Provide person-centred personal care and continence support with dignity and respect
- Assist with two-person transfers
- Support the client through their daily routine with patience and consistency
- Take direction well and adapt calmly to the client's needs and preferences
- Build a trusting, respectful relationship with the client and their family
- Work collaboratively as part of a small, close-knit care team
- Maintain accurate documentation and clear professional boundaries
