About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage our major retail accounts by ensuring accurate order logistics, prompt problem-solving, and efficient demand forecasting. If you are a customer-focused professional who can solve challenges quickly, then this is the right role for you. This role is full time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Key Responsibilities:

Process orders and resolve delivery issues for major national retailers.
- Manage escalated customer complaints.
- Determine monthly specials by considering seasonality, stock and new products.
- Review sales trends to forecast product demand and design monthly promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to set up new customer accounts and product launches.
- Assist in the onboarding of new customers.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
- Effective communication skills both over the phone and in person.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage more complex enquiries
