Disability Support Workers to join our team across
Coffs Harbour to Woolgoolga.
You'll provide person-centred support to clients with their everyday needs, helping them maintain their independence, participate in their community and achieve their personal goals.
About the Role You'll support clients with a range of day-to-day activities, including
community access, domestic tasks and personal care.
Shifts are available between
8:00am and 6:00pm, with regular rostered hours and opportunities for additional shifts depending on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Assisting with domestic tasks, meal preparation, cleaning and laundry
- Supporting community access, appointments, shopping and social activities
- Encouraging independence and participation in everyday activities
- Following individual support plans and providing person-centred care
- Building positive and respectful relationships with clients and their support networks
Skills & Experience Disability support experience is highly regarded, particularly experience with:
- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Behaviour Support
- Spinal Injury
- Personal care
- Community access and daily living support

What You'll Earn E3.1 Casual – In-Home and SIL
SCHADS Award rates (before tax, including casual loading):
- Monday–Friday base: $36.81/hr
- Afternoon: $40.49/hr
- Active Night: $41.23/hr
- Saturday: $51.54/hr
- Sunday: $66.26/hr
- Public Holiday: $80.99/hr
You Will Need
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children Check – Employee
