The Opportunity:
CSR is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead our Mawson Lakes operation. Reporting to the Logistics team, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse and transport operations while driving continuous improvement and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day DC operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory, dispatch and transport.
- Drive safety, compliance and operational excellence across the site.
- Manage budgets, KPIs and service performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key internal stakeholders.
- Leverage WMS and inventory systems to optimise productivity and stock accuracy.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- 5+ years' experience leading warehouse and transport operations.
- Proven ability to build and develop engaged, high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability.
- Experience managing inventory, logistics systems and operational KPIs.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Safety-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
