Sufra is looking for an experienced and energetic Barista to join our growing team in Bexley.
We’re a busy Lebanese-inspired café offering specialty coffee alongside a modern take on traditional Lebanese food. We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the machine, works well under pressure and takes pride in great coffee and customer service.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2–3 years barista experience
- Confident working in a fast-paced café environment
- Strong milk texturing and latte art skills
- Ability to maintain quality during busy periods
- Friendly, reliable and professional
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Weekend availability preferred
