We are currently seeking a Transport Admin superstar to join our busy Hazelmere depot and support the day-to-day running of our transport division.

About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our transport team, with responsibilities including:
- Managing day-to-day operations administration for the transport division
- Accurately entering and maintaining job data in our Freight Management System (FMS)
- Assisting with job bookings across metropolitan and Pilbara depots
- Supporting pricing, quoting, and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Processing driver paperwork and assisting with operational documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and account matters
- Coordinating driver onboarding, inductions, and site mobilisations
- Assisting with permit applications and renewals
- Supporting the Operations team with general client service and coordination
- Organising staff travel and accommodation
- Managing uniform orders and general administrative tasks
What You’ll Learn
- Fleet utilisation and transport scheduling
- Driver fatigue management and compliance requirements
- National load restraint regulations and compliance monitoring
- Heavy haulage operations and over-dimensional permit requirements in WA
- WA Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation
- Preparation of quotes, tenders, and commercial documentation
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or operations administration role
- Exposure to or experience with quoting and invoicing (highly regarded)
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop within the business
- Knowledge of North West mine sites and regional locations (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills and experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- A positive, adaptable can-do attitude suited to a fast-paced environment
