We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Specialist to identify market opportunities, execute marketing strategies, and enhance the promotion of our products and services. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and implementing strategic plans to increase market reach and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to assess demand and identify trends in existing and emerging markets.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and traditional channels.
- Advise on and manage advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and pricing strategies.
- Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment between market needs and offerings.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust campaigns and strategies accordingly.
- Contribute to brand development, including branding, positioning, and messaging strategies.
- Support the preparation and delivery of marketing reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis tools.
- Proven experience in managing campaigns and delivering ROI-focused results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
