Make a Difference Every Day – Join Our Trinder Park Aged Care Team as a Personal Carer!

Location: Woodridge - QLD

Role Type: Multiple Positions | Part Time & Casual

Part Time Roster: Week 1 - Mon (PM Shift), Wed,Thu & Fri (AM Shift) | Week 2 - Mon & Thu (AM Shift), Tue (PM Shift)
Remuneration: $33.26 to $36.96 ph + (25% casual loading for casuals) + Super + Salary Packaging + Allowances + Employee Discounts

As a Personal Carer, you will:

Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
Work as part of a team Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.

You Will Have:

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Experience in a similar role in aged care
