Working within our Hallam team, this is a vital role in ensuring the timely provision and management of quotes and the processing of orders via our CRM & SAP systems.
What will you do
- Develop a strong working understanding of the Salesforce CRM system.
- Generation of quotes
- Liaise directly with clients via email to obtain missing information

- Strong quote preparation skills to prepare accurate quotes
- Strong attention to detail to ensure pricing, specifications and customer information are accurate.
- Strong customer service and communication skills when dealing with clients via email and internal teams.
- Good time management and prioritisation skills to manage multiple quotes and orders.
- Accurate data entry skills to keep Salesforce information up to date.
- Order processing skills to process approved quotes into sales orders.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve missing information, errors and delays.
- Strong coordination skills to work effectively with sales, customers via email and operations and finance teams.
- Professional written communication skills for emails, follow-ups and updates.
Basic commercial awareness of pricing, quotes, sales orders and revenue.
