Baked Sydney is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our busy café team in Punchbowl.

About the Role
- Preparing high-quality coffee with consistency and speed
- Dialling in grinders and maintaining coffee equipment
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Assisting with general café duties when required
About You
- Minimum 1–2 years barista experience in a busy café
- Confident with latte art and high-volume service
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction and milk texturing
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Positive attitude and team player
- Available to work weekdays and weekends
