We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join the dynamic team at SA Health's SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) Metro Headquarters in Adelaide's eastern suburbs. This full-time, ongoing position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of metropolitan operations, supporting the delivery of vital ambulance services across the region.
As the Executive Assistant, Metropolitan Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless administrative support to senior leadership and operational teams. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be crucial in managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating effective communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Executive Director's calendar, prioritising meetings and appointments efficiently to maximise productivity.
- Compose and manage correspondence, ensuring sensitive matters are handled with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Conduct comprehensive research and provide timely, accurate information to support the Executive Director and directorate staff.
- Provide administrative assistance, including attending meetings, recording minutes, distributing action items, and following up on tasks.
- Develop and maintain effective office management practices, procedures, and standards to ensure confidentiality and efficiency.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the Executive Director, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Collate and present data for weekly management reports, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture, fostering collaboration and understanding of individual roles in achieving business objectives.
